Where To Send Your Membership Application Form

 

All new membership forms with both payroll deduction forms, and any cheques should be sent to Gina Osborne using the FREEPOST address provided on the form. She can also be contacted on: 020 3371 2041.

 

Political Fund Opt Out Form

 

If you do not wish to pay part of your membership fees to the Labour Party (which the union is affiliated to via the Political Fund), you will need to print off, fill in and return the opt-out form to Gina Osborne at the union's head office (see Diary section for the address).

Union Dues and Branch Fund

 

In addition to your monthly payments to the national union, 15p per week of your membership dues will go to the 1/1111 Branch Fund. This is used to buy publications, affiliate to organisations, make donations to groups of workers who are in disputes with their employers, and other organisations, as agreed at the monthly branch meetings.
