Do you know about the Unite asbestos register?

Register for all those who believe they have been exposed to asbestos at work

Unite maintains a register for all members who believe they have been exposed to asbestos at work. The database allows us to trace witnesses who may be able to support legal claims for other members who have developed an asbestos related disease.

Join the register by completing the online questionnaire here. You’ll need your union membership number, details of where and when you were exposed to asbestos and details of your asbestos disease diagnosis. If you have already submitted details of your asbestos exposure to Unite, or any predecessor union of Unite, you do not need to complete the form again.

Being included on the register does not mean that your legal case has been activated. Complete a personal injury claim form or call 0800 709 007 to start a claim for compensation.
