Winning in the Workplace Training - Sat 30th March 2019
Session Aims
Whenever we’re in dispute with the bosses, whether over pay, changed shifts, or the failure to create a diverse and inclusive workplace, a campaign always dramatically increases our chances of winning.
Training Content
Campaigning might seem scary, but it’s a skill everyone can learn, and is vital for reps and activists. Whatever the level of union organisation or recognition, this session will help you:
- Learn leadership skills and gain confidence as an organiser.
- Learn how to develop and apply a winning campaign strategy
- Increase your power to influence management, with or without union recognition
- Raise the union profile and thereby recruit.
